Orders will be processed once the payment is successfully confirmed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through EMS, DHL, or Aramex.

Delivery fees inside Qatar are determined by the delivery company depending on the area.

Refund & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted inside Qatar only at the time of delivery if the size is not suitable or if there is a defect in the item.

International orders cannot be returned or refunded.
